SafeGuard Consulting Services LLC (SCS) offers a variety of scalable consultation services to meet a wide range of client needs. Specializing in Youth Residential Programming and Secure Youth Residential Programming, SCS brings the experience that allows for a thorough assessment of program operations, facility design/layout, staff and client performance/outcomes, training needs and much more. Assessments are conducted in a highly engaging format that will produce recommendations for improved efficiencies and outcomes.

SCS employs an interactive consultation process designed to assist and support program administrators and leaders through a targeted, comprehensive, unbiased assessment process designed to address identified needs. Methodologies include a structured review of related policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements, process observations, workshops, staff and program client interviews and review of documentation practices. Where applicable and upon the needs and request of the client, further analysis may include review of evidence-based practices, related program design and operational practices, focus groups and/or surveys, and review of accessible data.

Consultation deliverables vary depending on the goals and objectives of the client. Minimally clients should expect a detailed report that summarizes the background, objectives, methodologies employed, findings and recommendations to include training recommendations where applicable.
